Amber manages all of Accenture’s relationships across its $30 Billion enterprise with all third party sourcing advisor companies. Her respected leadership, training, mentoring and communicating advances Accenture’s sales teams in unique client advised situations. She increases the team’s probability of winning the opportunity by knowing how the advisors think and by speaking their language then setting up the sales teams for success. She is an accomplished Director recognized for exceptional global relationship management and is well versed in international business relations at the highest levels, considered expert at identifying and advising on sales strategy. She has outstanding interpersonal skills, knowledge of strategic planning, and acclaimed for delivering multinational sales programs. She strengthens relationships with sourcing advisors by conducting capability briefings, interactive collaboration and data exchange, and post opportunity feedback.
As the Dallas Women’s Employee Resource Group executive sponsor, Amber is the driving force behind executing Accenture’s inclusion and diversity policies and strategies for attracting, advancing and retaining women for the location. This includes major events like International Women’s Day and client interaction events on the subject of inclusion and diversity best practices.
Amber is faculty for 3 of Accenture’s training courses focused on winning competitive sales pursuits, persuasive orals presentations and deal coaching. She has taught them across the US and in nine countries across the globe.
Amber graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a keen fitness enthusiast who trains regularly. She is an active mother of 2 sons and also supports their sporting activities. Her personal interests include sporting events and scuba diving.
